Airport Pick-up
AIS can arrange airport pick up for you if you wish, you will need to fill out an accommodation application form.
An AIS representative will be waiting for you in the main arrivals area at Auckland International Airport. Walk straight out the exit into the arrivals lounge. Don't turn left at the Group Tours exit.
If the AIS representative is not waiting in the arrivals lounge, don't panic! Wait at the McDonald's restaurant to the side of the lounge. Do not go anywhere else - our representative will find you there.
If, after one hour, you still haven't been picked up by our representative, please phone 09-815 1717 ext 811 or 09-815 3770 (for the dormitory office during office hours), or 021 616 282 (for our security staff after hours) to advise that you are still waiting.
