Whanau night
Whanau night occurs at the beginning of each semester and provides an opportunity for MPI staff and students, together with their families and friends, to meet each other and talk, and enjoy kai (food) prepared by the students.
Cultural group
The AIS St Helens Cultural Group enjoys performing different Pacific Island cultural dances at AIS St Helens events throughout the year. These events include Cultural Day, Chinese Day, Diwali, and the MPI Aloha Night held in September to celebrate the achievements made by recent MPI graduates.
